Assessment System
Assessments are of many types associated with our school. At our Doon Techno School, assessment is viewed as an integral part of learning process. Our assessment system is designed in accordance with Central Board of Secondary Education, focusing on the holistic development of every child.
Our school teachers are familiar with the individual level assessment. Formative and summative assessments are such assessments which identify various learning difference. The assessment frameworks at our school promote joyful learning and reduce examination stress. Teachers could track student’s progress effectively.
Continuous assessments help teachers identify each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
The assessment framework includes periodic tests, subject enrichment activities, assignments, class participation and term end examinations. Students are judged not only by their academic achievements but also by their skills such as collaboration, communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking.
